Whats ur Dx / DDx for these radiographs

    Ankle fusion
    Well developed trabeculae, hence
    Must be of many years duration.
    Deformity of lower end of BB, hence could be due to some infection or trauma preceding the fusion.
    Fore foot equinus may be compensating for the shortening.
